DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
About your pet, here's our policy;
Instead of a huge, non-refundable pet deposit, it is $10/pet/night, plus the remediation cost of damages, if any.
You would need to acknowledge the Pet Rules:
- Maximum of two pets per reservation
- Must be house trained/potty trained
- Pets are not allowed on furniture
- Must be leashed on the property at all times
- They can only use the “dog park” potty area to go to the bathroom on the property.(if there is one in the building)
- We prefer that your pet/s be with you at all times. But if ever you must leave them in the apartment unattended, we ask that bedroom doors be closed and off-limits to your pets.
- Please note that you will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by your pets and must agree to pay all additional amounts outside of the security deposit if the damage exceeds the amount afforded by the deposit.
